Job Description

Job Summary (List Format):

- Serve as a senior Business Analyst supporting Legal and Regulatory Compliance activities across multiple business units.
- Track assess and follow up on regulatory alerts and compliance actions required by the organization.
- Review maintain and update regulatory policies procedures and job aids.
- Perform data entry and conduct in-depth analysis using regulatory tools and systems.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including developing and executing test scripts.
- Contribute to process improvements and enhancements in regulatory management.
- Ensure the accuracy and consistency of documentation within the Enterprise Requirements Library.
- Manage reporting organizational assignments and compliance workflows.
- Communicate professionally with internal stakeholders through phone and email.
- Utilize strong analytical technical and project management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Leverage proficiency in requirement tools (e.g. Rational Requisite Pro) eGRC platforms Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
- Apply knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) in compliance and regulatory contexts.
- Work independently demonstrating flexibility attention to detail and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Must work East Coast hours and be comfortable working within enterprise systems and regulatory compliance tools.
