The Finance Analyst role is part of the company Financial Planning and Analysis Team. As the Finance Analyst you work with Senior Finance Analyst and Business Partners to turn analysis into value-adding insight. Also you will support the Business Partners to create the annual budget and quarterly re-forecasts.
Main Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and analysing revenue trends to identify areas for financial growth and improvement
- Developing revenue forecasts and models to predict future performance
- Conducting variance analysis to compare projected revenue to actual figures and explain discrepancies
- Doing reforecast exercise
- Creating detailed reports that outline revenue performance and provide actionable insights to management
- Assessing market conditions and competitor strategies to recommend pricing or product adjustments
- Working with data analytics tools to extract and manipulate data for analysis
- Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of revenue data across various reporting systems
- Supporting the budgeting and financial planning processes with revenue-related input
- Identifying and analysing revenue leakage or areas of underperformance to recommend corrective actions
- Participating in the development and implementation of revenue management policies and procedures
- Communicating findings and recommendations to stakeholders through presentations and regular reporting
- Assisting senior Finance Analyst and Senior Finance Business Partner regarding any ad-hoc and BAU tasks related to Revenue
Qualifications :
- Degree in Accounting / Data Sciences
- 2 years working experience as in similar role or experience in gaming industry
- Highly proficient in Microsoft suites. Power BI knowledge will be desirable
- Demonstrates sense of passion and pride about own work. Positive attitude and adapts well to change. Inspires passion and excitement around shared goals promoting environment of achievement
- Ability to develop and deliver clear concise communication and communicate highly complex technical information clearly and articulately
