Job Description
Coordinate and deliver training programs to ensure team members are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
Support the Director of Talent & Culture in identifying training needs tracking progress and enhancing team capabilities in line with brand standards and operational goals.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development throughout the property.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Learning & Development preferably in hospitality or service-related industries.
Strong knowledge of training methodologies adult learning principles and the ability to measure learning effectiveness.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for developing people.
