You know how to manage a dynamic sales pipeline from first contact to final contract with accuracy confidence and a strategic mindset. Youre driven to deliver results across key accounts ensuring we maximise volume yield and long-term value. You will also:
Partner with our global sales team to share leads insights and opportunities that keep the momentum moving
Collaborate with trade and logistics teams to package tailored supply chain solutions
Use our technology (like CargoWise) to stay on top of pricing container demand and market changes
Negotiate smart deals that hit the sweet spot between client satisfaction and commercial return
Build strong lasting partnerships through regular touchpoints call cycles and exceptional communication
Coordinate international sales efforts ensuring we stay responsive agile and always customer-first
Qualifications :
Heres what youll bring to the table:
A Bachelors degree (desirable but not essential) in business or equivalent job experience in a senior position
A minimum of five years in the shipping or freight forwarding industries
A minimum of five years of B2B sales experience
A minimum of three years in a sales leadership position
Exceptional negotiation networking and influencing skills
High level of integrity and a strong work ethic
A proactive and self-motivated approach to the role
You will be an emotionally intelligent leader with excellent interpersonal skills. You have highly developed business acumen great analytical skills and the ability to work tactically and strategically to ensure organisational needs are met.
This is a full-time permanent role based in our Airport office on Richard Pearse Drive. You will have the right to live and work in New Zealand at the time of applying. The successful candidate may be subject to undergo a Police Check and/or Pre-Employment Drug Test.
