Job Description

In this position you will primarily serve as a consultant to the companys management on all human resources matters acting as a proactive communicator change agent and thought leader focusing on our Business Support functions.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing HR initiatives that drive innovation and support business development in a complex fast-changing environment. We are looking for someone who can work independently and as part of a team takes a hands-on approach and communicates effectively at all levels.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and advice to internal clients on all HR-related matters; act as a single point of contact for managers and employees within the respective business units;
  • Support the business in creating and implementing employee-driven programs and initiatives aligned with the business strategy;
  • Be a trusted advisor to the business by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with management and employees understanding the business inside and out;
  • Drive a healthy and positive organizational culture in partnership with people-managers;
  • Develop coordinate adapt and implement best practices and company-defined processes/programs across all stages of employee lifecycle;
  • Support managers in driving engagement within their teams;
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics and develop action plans to drive improvements;
  • Provide consultation and support in employee relations and disciplinary cases;
  • Lead and/or participate in driving innovation and continuous HR process improvement initiatives and/or cross-functional cross-location special projects across the network;
  • Provide input into the HR business plan including budgeting setting focus areas and defining targets;
  • Collaborate with other HR functional units to develop solutions for business challenges;
  • Lead various cross-functional HR projects.

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in HRBP or HR Manager role will be considered as an advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of Latvian and English languages (to communicate with colleagues from different locations)
  • Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
  • Thorough knowledge of labor legislation
  • Strong strategical mindset & analytical thinking
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build strong business relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work productively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Is confident in influencing and negotiating with all levels of seniority
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Resilient in overcoming objections and a tenacious and determined attitude when faced with barriers or obstacles
