Under supervision you will support the team in delivering a memorable guest experience learning about menu management personalized attention and safety and hygiene protocols.
Responsibilities:
Consistently offer professional friendly and engaging service.
Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way.
Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions menu items and preparation methods.
Deliver food and beverages in a timely and accurate manner.
Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
No prior experience is required although academic or extracurricular knowledge related to Food & Beverage will be valued.
Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems is a plus but not mandatory.
Good communication skills in Spanish; English is considered a plus.
Ability to focus on guest needs while maintaining calm and courtesy at all times.
Interpersonal skills and willingness to learn problem-solving.
Ability to work under supervision in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Collaborative attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
Availability to work various shifts including mornings afternoons nights weekends and holidays.
Education and Requirements
Currently enrolled students pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Hospitality Tourism Business Administration or related fields.
Fluency in Spanish is required; English is a plus.
Availability to carry out an internship agreement with the educational institution.
Applicants are kindly requested to possess either EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Spain.
