Monitor and manage order fulfillment shipment tracking and delivery performance.
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to resolve operational issues.
Ensure seller compliance with supply chain processes and company standards.
Analyze seller performance data and suggest improvements for efficiency.
Proactively communicate delays challenges or updates to sellers and internal stakeholders.
Support onboarding of new sellers into the supply chain process.
Generate regular performance and operations reports.
Qualifications :
6 months to 1 year of experience in account management supply chain operations logistics customer service or sales.
Strong communication and relationship management skills.
Analytical thinking with the ability to solve problems efficiently.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel Google Sheets and ERP or order management systems is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
Bachelors degree in Business Supply Chain Management Logistics or related field is preferred.
