Job Description
As we continue to grow and refine our operations we are seeking a Director of Technical Services to lead our engineering team and ensure the seamless operation of all technical systems and infrastructure.
As Director of Technical Services you will be the strategic and operational leader responsible for all engineering and maintenance functions. You will play a key role in shaping the technical foundation of our hotel solving complex challenges and ensuring a safe efficient and guest-ready environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead mentor and develop the engineering and maintenance team.
- Oversee the operation maintenance and repair of all hotel systems (HVAC electrical plumbing fire safety etc.).
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
- Manage technical budgets procurement and contractor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations safety standards and sustainability goals.
- Collaborate with other departments to support hotel operations and guest satisfaction.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in technical services.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in a senior engineering or technical leadership role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong technical knowledge across building systems and infrastructure.
- Excellent leadership communication and project management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment with evolving challenges.
- Fluent in English.
- EU passport is a a big advantage.
