Job Description

- Build up the eAxle system/components simulation model make FEA simulation to evaluate the design reliability and guide design optimization.

- Technical analyze the potential failure and concerns for the designed components of Gearbox / eAxle system by simulation results.

- Support problem solving by simulation to find the potential root cause; define the optimization direction by simulation;

- Define the specification for the designed components w. Desiger.


Qualifications :

  • Science or Engineering Master Degree
  • Familiar with software Creo ANSYS Abaqus software
  • Good logic and presentation ability
  • Mechanical design experience > 3 years
  • Good understanding of the eAxle system and the relative components gearbox eMotor
  • Knowledge about the quality tools (e.g. 8D SPC FMEA) and machining process preferred
