Job Description Summary: This Financial Analyst role provides essential business support to our Specialty Gas and Therapeutics divisions. Youll play a key part in managing budgeting and forecasting conducting in-depth sales and margin analysis evaluating operating costs and capital expenditures and tracking efficiency. A core responsibility will be creating and maintaining Power BI reports to deliver critical insights. Were looking for a seasoned data-savvy professional with exceptionally strong analytical skills to help drive strategic and operational decisions and facilitate communication across the organization. Are you passionate about turning data into actionable insights In this role youll be instrumental in shaping our financial understanding and strategy. Youll get to:

  • Developing and managing financial reports: Creating new analyses and maintaining existing ones utilizing SAP BPC/Business Warehouse/Analysis for Office as well as other systems

  • Drive reporting excellence: Create and maintain impactful reports in Power BI to analyze and present financial and operating metrics ensuring theyre accurate repeatable and efficient

  • Influence decision-making: Provide essential analysis of product line sales gross margins operating expenses capital expenditures and forecasts directly supporting strategic and operational choices.

  • Build financial foresight: Utilize various business reports and metrics to evaluate interpret and provide critical information that supports strategic and operating decisions. Develop financial models that inform both divisional and corporate planning.

  • Shape future financial plans: Play a key role in the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles.

  • Be a trusted partner: Collaborate closely with the Finance Director and field managers to understand historical financial results and trends validate forecast assumptions and support Power BI reporting requirements.

  • This position also requires a commitment to upholding our Code of Conduct and all regulatory standards.

Are you a MATCH

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance with a strong emphasis on quantitative/analytical coursework coupled with relevant work experience

  • 3 years of relevant finance experience and/or operational analysis positions with increasing responsibilities

  • Alternatively a technical degree (e.g. engineering mathematics) with a secondary concentration in business/finance or related work experience will also be considered.

  • Experience with SAP BW BPC and Power BI

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA and/or CPA a plus

  • Creating reports in PowerBI a plus
