Associate Director, Business Analytics

About the Job:

• Reporting to the VP Enterprise Data Management & Engagement the Associate Director Enterprise Data Management & Engagement will engage stakeholders across the organization to solve immediate data problems that impact business performance while establishing foundational data practices. This role supports Gartners ability to make data-driven decisions while mitigating risk and meeting compliance standards.

What you will do:

• Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve data quality and data management with a focus on seller experience and productivity.
• Prioritize initiatives based on strategic goals and operational requirements. Drive collaboration engagement and alignment across departments by supporting business-led data forums and leading governance forums including the Data Governance Council and Steering Committees.
• Partner closely with CDAO Leadership on strategic priorities and support with development of executive level meeting material and presentation.
• Communicate business value of CDAO initiatives to key stakeholders
• Drive change management efforts through effective stakeholder management communications content and more

What you need:

• 8-10 years of experience in consulting communications sales or a related field
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal; can clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change across the collaborator and business partner
• Demonstrated experience managing complex multi-disciplinary projects in a fast-paced environment
• Expert in Microsoft PowerPoint
• Intellectual curiosityand creativity
• Proficient project and program management skills
