Raytheon - Advance ProductsSolution(APS) isseeking aProgram Manager(PM)to overseeaprogram area within theRaytheon Vision System (RVS) Tactical Products (SSBU).
Onsite work location (select one):Goleta CA El Segundo CA or McKinney TX
This role willcollaboratewith otherprogram managerstaff in setting program plan vision and tactical direction for programimplementationby multifunctional teams and subcontractors. The PM will integrate the performance of the programs engineering operations supply chain finance mission assurance and program operations teams.
What You Will Do
Account for profit and loss AOP development and implementation
Establishes an executable baseline and manages therisksand opportunities of assigned programs
Supportand presentProgram ManagementReviews (PMRs)Estimate at Completions (EACs) as well as coordinatingcustomerTechnical Exchange Meetings (TEMs)
Coordinate and align interactions expectation and transactions betweencustomersand other primes
Developand implement programgrowthstrategies for domestic and international areas
Understandand representcustomerneedsto stakeholders
Developand maintainexcellentrelationshipswith thecustomercounterparts
Manageopportunity cost quality and schedule performance and technical aspects
Responsible for supporting proposal preparation statements of work and specifications negotiation and administration of contracts with the customer
Qualifications You Must Have
Bachelors degree in a related field
Minimum 8 yearsof relevant experience (such as Program or Project Management)
Experiencesupportingcross-functionalteams
Experience supporting proposal efforts
Experienceengagingand reporting out to all levels of executive stakeholders
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite resources

The salary range for this role is 112000 USD - 224000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
