Responsibilities:
Contract Execution & Strategic Implementation
- Oversee the launch and early implementation of the Development Services contract deliverables.
- Manage all aspects of contract execution including resource allocation timelines deliverables and compliance with contractual scope.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. steering committee Joint Operating Committee facilities and operational workgroups) to ensure alignment
with partner system goals. - Facilitate the implementation of key findings and recommendations from prior
consulting engagements. - Develop workplans that guide execution of early-stage development efforts.
Interim Leadership & Transition Support
- Serve as the interim operational and administrative lead during the pre-permanent leadership phase.
- Provide guidance and support to the recruitment process for the permanent Executive Director.
- Ensure continuity through detailed onboarding and knowledge transfer to the incoming leader.
- Attend and contribute to meetings determined by the affiliated Health System to maintain visibility of SPS and Sheppard Pratt.
Performance Monitoring & Data Management
- Accountable for the establishment of key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor
contract progress and operational readiness. - Collaborate with affiliated Health System leadership to develop reliable data feeds
for daily weekly monthly and quarterly reporting. - Produce and disseminate contract management reports to inform stakeholders and track milestones.
Partnership Development & Communication
- Lead or support discussions with external partners as necessary to advance project goals.
- Function as the primary liaison among Michigan-based leadership Sheppard Pratt and Sheppard Pratt Solutions.
- Serve as a key communicator for both internal and external stakeholders relative to contract developments and progress updates.
Requires:
- Masters degree in business finance accounting healthcare administration nursing or behavioral health discipline.
- At least 15-20 years of management experience in health care or related field.
- Behavioral health background strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in collaborating with physicians to develop and operate clinical programs.
