Our client is experience great growth and in search of a Licensed Professional Engineer with Municipal experience. Serve on our team as a capable and efficient engineer and make major design determinations under the general direction of the Senior Engineers at our Marple and/or Valley Township offices. Experience should include but not be limited to Chapter 102 NPDES Chapter 105 permitting Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4) permitting and reporting as well as Subdivision and Land Development. Responsibilities
Municipal Plan Review for Zoning Subdivision and Land Development.
Performing and/or supervising all aspects of project efforts.
Project budget tracking.
Quality assurance and quality control of projects.
Overseeing and mentoring the junior engineering staff.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering.
PE license required.
7-10 years of related experience with commercial retail and residential subdivision and land development design and/or review.
Experience with site layout design including grading drainage erosion & sedimentation control sanitary sewer and stormwater management.
Computer Skills Preferred: AutoCAD AutoCAD Civil 3D PondPack and FlowMaster.
Able to provide expert testimony.
Familiarity with Federal State & County regulations pertaining to approval process.
Strong communication organization and interpersonal skills including proven experience working on multiple projects in a timely & cost-effective manner.
Skills and Abilities
Capable of managing projects schedules and staff with direct management of clients.
Self-motivated with attention to detail.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Excel Word Outlook etc.).
