Job Description
Responsibilities
- Municipal Plan Review for Zoning Subdivision and Land Development.
- Performing and/or supervising all aspects of project efforts.
- Project budget tracking.
- Quality assurance and quality control of projects.
- Overseeing and mentoring the junior engineering staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering.
- PE license required.
- 7-10 years of related experience with commercial retail and residential subdivision and land development design and/or review.
- Experience with site layout design including grading drainage erosion & sedimentation control sanitary sewer and stormwater management.
- Computer Skills Preferred: AutoCAD AutoCAD Civil 3D PondPack and FlowMaster.
- Able to provide expert testimony.
- Familiarity with Federal State & County regulations pertaining to approval process.
- Strong communication organization and interpersonal skills including proven experience working on multiple projects in a timely & cost-effective manner.
Skills and Abilities
- Capable of managing projects schedules and staff with direct management of clients.
- Self-motivated with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Excel Word Outlook etc.).
