Talent Operations Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and versatile Talent Operations Specialist to support and improve our HR infrastructure with a strong focus on recruitment general employee relations and HR project execution. This position plays a key role in ensuring an efficient and engaging experience for both candidates and employees while driving forward HR operations that align with business needs. The ideal candidate brings a blend of talent acquisition expertise and project management skills along with a collaborative approach to HR service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruiting Operations:
Manage full-cycle recruitment activities including job postings candidate sourcing interview scheduling offers and onboarding to ensure a smooth and timely hiring process.
HR and Employee Relations Support:
Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers including assisting with employee relations matters policy guidance and addressing general HR inquiries.
Project Management:
Lead or support HR initiatives and cross-functional projects including process improvements policy rollouts system updates and engagement programs.
Data & Systems Management:
Maintain accurate employee data using ERP HRIS and ATS platforms. Create and generate reports and analyze trends related to hiring retention and employee engagement.
Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure compliance with federal state and local employment laws particularly in benefits recruiting and employee records.
Collaboration:
Partner with hiring managers HR peers and leadership to advance talent strategies and ensure HR operations align with organizational goals.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay current on HR and recruiting best practices benefit trends and workforce regulations to enhance internal processes and programs.
Qualifications:
3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition.
5 years of generalist human resources experience including general employee relations and operational support.
Proven ability to manage or contribute to HR-related projects from initiation through completion.
Proficiency in ERP HRIS and ATS platforms; advanced Excel skills required (e.g. pivot tables VLOOKUP data analysis).
Strong interpersonal written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
HR certification (PHRca SHRM-CP/SCP HRMP or equivalent) required.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced evolving environment.
