BYD Europe BV located in Schiedam Netherlands is the marketing and sales HQ of BYD Co. Ltd based in Shenzhen China. BYD Europe BV offers a full line of BYD electric vehicles including all-electric cars all-electric buses and all-electric forklift trucks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end customs clearance for commercial vehicles passenger cars ATA cars and non-EU vehicles; coordinate brokers approve invoices and update clearance status.
- Maintain and update inbound logistics data trade modes and stock lists in company databases.
- Manage ATA cars and carnets ensuring timely returns accurate tracking and outsourced logistics support.
- Coordinate year-end stock checks and audits resolve discrepancies and support audit reporting.
- Support commercial vehicle operations including customs transportation invoicing claims deliveries and LSP outsourcing.
- Handle CGL and STP insurance processes including contract finalization premium calculations and policy initiation.
- Perform other administrative and operational tasks assigned by leadership (e.g. document signatures OA system support).
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Logistics Supply Chain International Trade or related field.
- Proven experience in customs clearance logistics operations and/or stock auditing.
- Familiarity with ATA carnets vehicle logistics and EU/non-EU import/export procedures.
- Strong data management communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics/ERP systems.
