Job Description
As the role progresses there is significant scope to become involved in wider strategic planning and business decision-making. A new management system is expected to be implemented and the successful candidate will play a key role in its configuration and roll-out. You will act as the finance superuser helping to shape how the system supports the business now and into thefuture.
You will be a highly experienced individual who can bring strong financial leadership and a hands-on approach to the role.

- StrategicandCommercialDevelopment(asroleevolves-workingwiththeConsultantFinanceDirector)
Essentialcriteriaincludes:
- Qualifiedaccountant(ACAACCACIMA)or equivalentexperienceinasimilarFinancialController/ Head of Finance role.
- Demonstrableexperienceofmanagingafinancefunctionideallyinaprofessionalservicesenvironment.
- StrongExcelskillsandexperiencewithcloud-basedfinanceorpracticemanagementsystems.
- Excellentcommunicationskillswiththeabilitytoexplainfinancialinformationtonon-financecolleagues.
- Self-motivateddetail-orientedandproactivewithacontinuousimprovementmindset.
- Previous involvement in system implementation or upgrades.
