As the Director of Strategic Program Management at BDA you will oversee the $1.2 billion Bradfield City Centre Major Works Program ensuring effective governance and management practices. This role involves coordinating multiple projects to achieve strategic business outcomes optimising value from investments and driving efficient project management across various sectors.
Key challenges involve managing complex interfaces between diverse functions and stakeholders anticipating and mitigating impediments and maintaining day-to-day relationships to drive timely and cost-effective outcomes. The Director must lead the strategic program management function actively manage budgets risks and resources and ensure alignment with business priorities and stakeholder needs.
