This position is accountable for delivering proof points milestones and managing solution risks within appetite for Customer Solutions Technology including Fraud and Scam Deceased Estates Complaints. It involves delivering business and technology outcome in a fast-paced environment including help making key service and product decisions. The role also includes people leadership strategic workforce planning and building capability in Customer Solution Technology domain to drive higher maturity standards.
