Job Title: Personal Lines Producer Inside Sales Position

Were currently seeking a Personal Lines Producer to join our team and grow with us. If youre hungry for success have a passion for sales and want to help clients protect what matters most we want to hear from you.
As a Personal Lines Producer you will be responsible for generating new business and servicing a growing book of personal lines insurance policies. Youll work closely with our in-house team and carrier partners to quote bind and maintain auto home renters umbrella and other personal lines products.
This is a sales-focused role with a base salary of $42000 to $52000 plus uncapped commission. Most producers earn $3000$5000/month in commission in their first year with second-year producers typically earning $6000$8000/month in commissions as their book of business grows.
Prospect and generate new personal lines business through outbound calls referrals networking digital marketing and community outreach. Along with all of our internal warm leads from our commercial lines department
Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
Prepare and present customized insurance quotes from multiple carriers
Close new business and manage follow-up processes
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and cross-selling opportunities
Keep current with industry trends product knowledge and compliance requirements
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics
1 years of sales experience
New York State Property & Casualty license
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated competitive and goal-oriented
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM and quoting systems experience with Applied Epic is a plus but not required
Base Salary: $42000 $52000 (based on experience)
Commission: Uncapped; average first-year producers earn $3000$5000/month in commission with $6000$8000/month typical by year two
