What Youll Do:
Use your deep knowledge of personal lines insurance products to consult and advise clients confidently
Manage and grow your book of business while keeping everything running smoothly
Proactively service accounts review policies and monitor activity to ensure client satisfaction
Reach out to current clients to cross-sell and round out accounts
Collaborate with our dynamic sales team to strengthen client relationships and expand business
Tackle special projects alongside our VP of Personal Lines
Handle endorsements quotes renewals invoicing certificates proposals and more
Maintain strong relationships with carriers vendors and partners
What Were Looking For:
2 years of experience managing personal insurance accounts
A confident communicator who can meet with clients and discuss insurance strategies
Licensed in Property & Casualty
Tech-savvy with strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
A team player whos motivated customer-focused and excited to make an impact
