As an Associate Product Manager Self Service youll shape how we report campaign and audience performance to both advertisers and internal teams. Youll dive into clean room data deliver actionable insights and create self-service dashboards that fuel smarter decisions. Youll play a key role in shaping the future of self-service advertising at Best Buy Ads. Youll join a collaborative fast-paced team that values curiosity experimentation and continuous learning.
This role is remote eligible which means you would work virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location.
What youll do
Collaborate with enterprise cross-functional teams to define prioritize and execute product features and enhancements aligned with Best Buy Ads business goals.
Own the discovery planning of new API platform integrations to expand the capabilities of the My Ads ecosystem and support evolving advertiser needs.
Design and maintain dashboards that provide visibility into product health advertiser engagement and operational KPIs enabling data-driven decisions across product sales and support teams.
Drive high-value features that contribute to the long-term vision and roadmap for self-service advertising at Best Buy Ads.
Conduct user research gather feedback and analyze usage data to inform product decisions and continuously improve the user experience.
Basic qualifications
A minimum of 3 years of experience in product management digital media analytics or related fields
Understanding of media metrics (e.g. CPM CTR ROAS) and digital ad platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented and motivated to work through ambiguity
Product thinking with a strong sense of ownership
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
Backend experience working with external API integrations
Experience with enterprise Billing and Finance systems
Familiarity with RMNs digital advertising workflows or media measurement
Experience writing product requirements and working with JIRA Confluence and Slack
Exposure to cloud data tools (GCP BigQuery)
Comfortable collaborating across technical and business teams
