Job Description
Marble City Market located in Downtown Knoxville is the first and only food hall in Knoxville. We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our Cleaning and Maintenance team to ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of our food hall. This role is crucial in maintaining a safe and pleasant environment for both customers and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping mopping trash and disinfecting high-traffic areas.
- Empty trash bins and ensure proper waste disposal.
- Collaborate with teammates on general upkeep to maintain a well-functioning facility.
- Greet and engage with guests to provide a welcoming environment in the food hall.
- Ensure that common areas of Marble City Market including seating areas restrooms and corridors are kept clean and well-maintained.
Qualifications:
- Previous cleaning experience is an advantage but not a must.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to upholding a clean and safe environment.
- Capable of working independently or as part of a team.
- Must be able to work on your feet for extended periods and lift moderate to heavy objects as needed.
