Job Description
Jack Laurie Group is hiring a Senior Cleaning Technician to lead operations across Fort Wayne. This is a leadership role supporting multiple accounts and overseeing 150 180 weekly labor hours.
What You ll Do:
Perform high-quality commercial cleaning
Train and mentor cleaning technicians
Conduct site audits and ensure standards are met
Deliver supplies and support shift coverage
Use Janitorial Manager to manage operations
What You Bring:
Commercial cleaning experience (required)
Training experience (required)
Supervisory experience (preferred)
Reliable transportation (not shared)
Tech-comfortable and process-driven
