Executive Integrator & Recruiting Operations (1099 Part-Time)
Im a high-performing entrepreneur and executive recruiter known for moving fast thinking big and delivering results. My business blends strategy relationships and bold executioncentered around helping clients hire exceptional talent and drive growth. I thrive in motion but need a trusted partner who can bring structure to my energy organize ideas into action and keep projects (and me) on track.
Im not looking for an assistant. Im seeking a proactive systems-savvy integratorsomeone who thinks critically sees work without being told and thrives in a flexible high-impact environment. Youll help manage systems drive execution bring clarity to chaos and turn my vision into results.
Location: This is a remote-first position based in either Des Moines IA or Kansas City MO.
Hours: Expect to work 15-25 hours per week with 50% of these hours scheduled during normal business hours.
Travel: Periodic 4-6 hour in-person meetings for planning will be held locally to your base location.

What Youll Do:
Own our ATS CRM & Asanadesign optimize and maintain workflows
Lead projects: translate high-level goals into clear steps and deliverables
Craft job ads & submittals using my voice
Refine and polish contentusing AI as a tool not a script
Maintain momentum: set timelines nudge progress and hold accountability
