Centre: Goodstart Stafford
Employment Type: Full-time 6-month Fixed-term
Pay: $43.55 - $66.09 p/h (Depending on qualification & experience) $2.25 Educational Leader Allowance Super

As an Educational Leader at Goodstart youll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe review and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. Youll deepen the teams understanding of child development and early years content guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team youll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

Were looking for a dynamic Early Childhood Teacher to take on a unique Float Educational Leader role. Youll be a mentor collaborator and spark of inspiration across our five rooms.
- Full-time 6-month contract with the potential to transition of ongoing employment.

- Dedicated 7 hours of non-contact time each week to focus on curriculum leadership and mentoring.
- Float between rooms to support educators and share your expertise. Catering to children from six weeks to 6 years with five inspiring rooms designed to nurture imagination curiosity and lifelong learning.

Youll need:
- Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or ACECQA approved equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current QLD Working with Children Check
