**Position Summary:**
We are seeking an outgoing and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for making phone calls to confirm appointments and setting up new appointments for our valued customers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Make outbound calls to confirm customer appointments.
- Schedule new appointments and maintain an organized calendar.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Attend training sessions to enhance your skills.
Qualifications:
- Must have an outgoing personality and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills; experience with scheduling software is a plus (but not required).
