Job Summary:
This Registered Nurse (RN) position requires providing skilled nursing care case management and hospice care to patients facing age-related frailty and serious illness. The RN will perform patient assessments administer medications develop treatment plans and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. A minimum of two years of experience is required.

Responsibilities:
- Patient assessments and monitoring.
- Medication administration and documentation.
- Treatment planning and implementation.
- Collaboration with physicians other nurses and other healthcare professionals.
- Case management and care coordination.
- Providing skilled nursing care in various settings (potentially including Medical/Surgical ICU ER Psychiatric Labor & Delivery PACU Operating Room).
- Hospice care (if applicable based on patient needs).

- Drivers license car insurance and automobile for field work.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Experience in multiple specialties (Medical/Surgical ICU ER Psychiatric Labor & Delivery PACU Operating Room).
Special Considerations:
- Weekend work is required.
- Floating between units is required.
- Block scheduling may be accommodated at the managers discretion.
- Return to office (RTO) is required.
- The facility is an acute care hospital.
