Your Role
As a Customer Advisor youll be the voice of our luxury brands Chase Erwin and thesign providing expert support across our product ranges. Your responsibilities will include:
- Communicating with clients via email phone and web channels.
- Sharing your knowledge of luxury textiles design and interiors.
- Guiding customers through orders product selection sampling and after-sales support.
- Resolving delivery queries and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Collaborating with Customer Excellence Logistics Supply Chain and Warehouse teams.
- Accurately processing orders using our bespoke system.
- Sharing customer insights with Sales Partners to drive improvements.
- Supporting teammates during absences and holidays to broaden your experience.
Who Were Looking For
- Experience in a customer service or advisory role.
- Proven ability to handle queries and resolve issues effectively.
- Open-minded eager to learn and a strong team player.
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and flawless written English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems.
