Your Role

As a Customer Advisor youll be the voice of our luxury brands Chase Erwin and thesign providing expert support across our product ranges. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Communicating with clients via email phone and web channels.
  • Sharing your knowledge of luxury textiles design and interiors.
  • Guiding customers through orders product selection sampling and after-sales support.
  • Resolving delivery queries and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Collaborating with Customer Excellence Logistics Supply Chain and Warehouse teams.
  • Accurately processing orders using our bespoke system.
  • Sharing customer insights with Sales Partners to drive improvements.
  • Supporting teammates during absences and holidays to broaden your experience.

Who Were Looking For

  • Experience in a customer service or advisory role.
  • Proven ability to handle queries and resolve issues effectively.
  • Open-minded eager to learn and a strong team player.
  • Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and flawless written English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems.
  • Comfortable working in a diverse and inclusive team.
