Mobile Health Team Inc. a staffing agency has an opening for a permanent full-time Interventional Technologist position. We are looking for someone with a passion for people.
Location: Chico CA 95926
Start Date: 6/24/2025
Shift: Days Full Time
Facility Salary: $112000.00 to $151000.00
Under the general direction of the Radiology Manager and the supervision of the Lead IR Technologist performs imaging procedures at a technical level not requiring direct supervision. The Interventional Technologist (IR Tech) will be a Diagnostic Technologist who is cross-trained in Interventional Radiology. Assumes responsibility for designated areas as assigned. The Technologist operates X-ray equipment and prepares the patients room equipment supplies and contrast media. The Tech will be responsible for charging supplies and Current Procedural Terminology codes. The Interventional Technologist supports and contributes to the service excellence mission of Enloe Medical Center and the Radiology Department.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION
Experience:
- Two years of experience in diagnostic X-ray
- Previous interventional experience
- Must have at least one year experience as a licensed Radiologic Technologist in an acute healthcare facility.
Licenses Certifications and Registration:
- A current full Certificate of Radiologic Technology issued by the Department of Health Services State of California (CRT) is required
- Current CPR Certification is required
- ARRT and Fluoroscopy permit to be obtained within 6 months of hire
- ARRT Advanced Level Interventional Certification (Cardiovascular Interventional Technology) is desired
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Must be intelligent and self-motivated.
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills and problem-solving techniques are required.
