Job Description
- Location: Winchester MA 01890
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Shift: 12-hour shifts Nights
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
- Weekly Pay Rate: $2520 - $2664
- Provide direct nursing care to neonates in a Level 2B NICU environment.
- Monitor vital signs administer medications and manage ventilators or other life-support systems.
- Collaborate closely with neonatologists respiratory therapists and other NICU team members.
- Support parents and families by offering updates guidance and emotional support.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care.
- Recognize changes in neonates conditions and respond with appropriate interventions.
- Adhere to established hospital policies and procedures and follow all safety protocols.
- Work every other weekend (Friday and Saturday nights) as part of the shift requirement.
- Active RN License-Massachusetts Required
- Minimum 1 year of NICU experience Required
- Nurse that is trained in Level 2B nursery care or higher.
- Current BLS Certification (AHA or Red Cross) Required
- Current NRP Certification (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) Required
- Strong assessment critical thinking and communication skills
