Job Description
- Install configure and maintain Dynatrace environments (Managed or SaaS).
- Deploy and manage Dynatrace agents.
- Manage ActiveGates.
- Ensure Dynatrace infrastructure stability and performance.
- Upgrade Dynatrace software as needed.
- Monitoring and Troubleshooting:
- Monitor application performance metrics and identify potential issues.
- Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and resolve issues.
- Provide recommendations for performance optimization.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with development operations and other teams to understand application performance needs.
- Provide guidance and training on Dynatrace best practices.
- Document application workflows and Dynatrace configurations.
