Registered Nurse (RN) Acute Care
Location: Athena Medtech
Shift: Night Shift 36 Hours per Week

Athena Medtech is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our acute care team. The RN is responsible for delivering high-quality patient-centered nursing care that is safe therapeutic and evidence-based. This role is vital in promoting wellness facilitating recovery and providing physical emotional and spiritual support tailored to each patients individual needs across the lifespan.

The RN will practice in accordance with the Montana Nurse Practice Act the American Nurses Association (ANA) Code of Ethics and applicable standards of nursing care.

• Provide comprehensive and coordinated care to patients in an acute care setting.

• Assess patient conditions develop care plans administer treatments and monitor responses.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Educate patients and families on care plans procedures and post-discharge instructions.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with organizational policies.

• Adhere to infection control safety protocols and regulatory standards.

• Demonstrate leadership and serve as a role model for professional practice.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

• Active Montana Registered Nurse License (or ability to obtain upon hire).

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (required upon hire).

• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in an acute care or hospital setting.

• National Certification in area of specialty (preferred upon hire or within designated timeframe).
