Job Description
Registered Nurse Medical/Surgical
Department: Resource Pool
Shift: 7:00 PM 7:30 AM (Three 12-hour shifts Monday through Friday)
Weekly Hours: 36
Location: Athena Medtech
Athena Medtech is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Resource Pool team specializing in Medical/Surgical care. This is a night shift role offering a consistent schedule of three 12-hour shifts per week.
Qualifications-
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recent clinical experience in a Medical/Surgical setting

Licensure/Certification: Active and unrestricted RN license

Preferred Experience: Previous experience as a traveler RN in Med/Surg is a plus

Implement monitor and adjust patient care plans in accordance with clinical guidelines and physician directives

Continuously assess document and communicate patient condition and progress

Serve as a key coordinator of care across disciplines to ensure seamless patient-centered treatment

Execute physician and nursing orders accurately and promptly

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and support effective discharge planning
