Position: (Part-Time) HR Assistant
Work Location: Horsham PA 19044
Payrate: $25/hr
Duration: 3 Months role with high chances of extension/conversion
Shift: 20 hours per week
- Tuesday: 8 hours
- Thursday: 6 hours
- Friday: 6 hours
Dress Code: Business Casual
Job Description:
- Assist with job postings review resumes pre-screen candidates and schedule interviews
Real Estate Management (Apartments):
- Manage furniture leasing arrangements for employees to relocate to new locations
- Coordinate housing logistics ensuring employees have appropriate accommodation
Fleet Management (Enterprise Cars):
- Coordinate vehicle assignments and track fleet usage
- Handle fleet-related logistics
Relocation:
- Oversee relocation logistics for employees including arranging furniture and car relocation
- Work with vendors and contractors to ensure smooth transitions for employees
Other details:
- Bachelors degree in business administration Human Resources or a relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years of human resource experience or equivalent work experience
- Strong background in all HR functions including onboarding and recruiting
- Excellent time-management planning and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Suite
- Must be proficient in math for handling logistics such as calculating fleet usage and relocation expenses
- Ability to thrive under pressure and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
