CGEMJP Netcom Audit Team Lead C2 Pune/Mumbai/Bangalore Position Name: Netcom Audit Team Lead Exp: 7-10 Years Location: Pune/Mumbai/Bangalore Required Qualification: 1. Min. 7-10 years of Network Network Security and/or telecom experience resulting in proven accomplishments on Technical Process and Procedures hands-on experience/knowledge in implementation and troubleshooting of LAN WAN and Wireless Networks and Network Security in Multi-Vendor environment. 3. Experience/knoweldge in Network and Network Security Audit Risk and Compliance management. Internal/External audit technical presentation. . 2-4 years Proven work experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor with Excellent communication and leadership skills. 5. Lead Mentor and Supervise team - Delegate/Track tasks and set deadlines Oversee day-to-day operation and reporting. 6. Stakeholder Management. 7. Experience working with geographically dispersed teams. 8. Proven proficiency with Microsoft office tools (Word/Excel/Powerpoint/PowerBI) Overall Experience: Min. 7-10 years of Network Network Security and/or telecom experience resulting in proven accomplishments on Technical Process and Procedures. Good hands-on experience/knowledge in implementation and troubleshooting of LAN WAN and Wireless Networks and Network Security in Multi-Vendor environment. Lead Mentor and Supervise team - Delegate/Track tasks and set deadlines Oversee day-to-day operation and reporting. Stakeholder Management. Experience working with geographically dispersed teams. Proven proficiency with Microsoft office tools (Word/Excel/Powerpoint/PowerBI) Roles and Responsibilities: Lead Mentor and Handle Team for Documentation by working closely with respective stakeholders for Compliance and Track/Review/Approval of the scoped documents. Report preparation and presentation Management Reviews. Analytical problem solving Requirement gathering & analysis Effective communication skills Present Technical Audits on requirement analysis communication evidences gathering/Preparation consolidation submission presentation for the clear Audits. Handle Pre/Post - audit requirement and results. Stakeholder Management Role Description: Successful Candidate will Participate Lead Supervise and Mentor small team of network professionals for activities as assigned Process Documents Review/Compliance Technical Audits on E-2-E Life Cycle Controls Stake holder Management. Good To Have Skills: Logical reasoning and Critical thinking Analytical Tools and Methods Innovate with Automation for service improvement & effort savings Must To Have Skills: Team Leading Mentoring and Supervising. Result oriented Self Starter and capabale to work with no/less supervision. Network & Network Security domain in Multi-Vendor Environment. Information Security and Technical/Network and Network Security presentation in Audit Presentation Effective Communication and collaboration Skills Microsoft Excel/PowerBI
