- Develop portfolio analytics to identify trends and patterns to identify cohorts for different initiatives.
- Understand new initiatives from stakeholders perform analysis on new initiatives and track performance
- Identify areas of improvement through data analysis including visualization of data
- Analyzing auto loan product collection parameters which includes bucket wise resolution P&L Interest Roll Back etc.
- Developing & implementing Collections Forecasting Framework to forecast Collection and operating
- performance; set annual targets on Key Performance Indicators along with BH and Product Manager
- Working with Business / Collection manager to create and review quarterly forecasts; including reporting
Profile Requirement
- Masters in Computer applications/ Masters in Data Analytics.
- 4 - 6 years of prior work experience in business or product development.
- Last 2- 3 years of employment must be specifically in collection management (preferably auto loan).
- Experience of working with product sales data and knowledge of reporting tools.
- Ability to integrate and analyse information / data for Management Presentation.
- R and Puthon and Caring an ather software
