Greetings from HRC Global Services!!
We are pleased to inform you the following operations executive with a reputed activations/ event marketing agency in Bangalore.
JD :-
Execute and manage on-ground event activations and fabrication setups as per project timelines and standards
Liaise with vendors suppliers and local partners for smooth coordination and delivery
Conduct recce and site assessments; plan logistics and deployment effectively
Supervise on-ground teams and ensure adherence to quality safety and brand guidelines
Ensure timely material dispatch fabrication readiness and on-site execution
Maintain project documentation reporting and post-event closure
Mandatory Skills required :-
2 3 years of hands-on experience in on-ground activations and fabrication (mandatory)
Strong operational execution and problem-solving skills
>Willingness to travel extensively and work in flexible shifts including weekends
Optional Skills required :-
Proactive and self-driven with a strong sense of ownership
Local vendor and fabricator network knowledge is an added advantage
Ability to multitask under pressure and deliver within tight timelines
