Position Summary:We are looking for a Senior/Lead Full-Stack Engineer with strong expertise in front-end development to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate is an experienced developer who can fully own microservice development - from UI/UX implementation to backend services and deployment in Kubernetes environments.
This role will play a key part in shaping our next-gen fintech platform by designing developing and scaling microservices and modern UI components that support equity portfolio construction and customization.
Key Responsibilities:-
End-to-End Microservice Ownership: Fully own the development of microservices-design APIs build backend logic (Python) and develop user-facing features (React/TypeScript).

Enterprise Fintech Platform Modernization: Contribute to re-architecting legacy components using modern design patterns and technologies.

Collaborative Agile Development: Work closely with engineering peers PMs and business stakeholders in two-week agile sprints.

CI/CD & DevOps: Support deployment pipelines build automation and help deploy services in Kubernetes (K8s) environments.

Leadership: Mentor junior engineers lead project initiatives and help shape best practices in coding testing and DevOps.

Team Participation: Stay current with new tech contribute to technical discussions and participate in hiring and recruiting activities.

5 years of professional experience in software engineering with strong front-end development skills.

Advanced proficiency in React (or Angular/Vue) JavaScript and TypeScript.

Proven experience designing and building microservices architectures.

Proficiency with Python or modern object-oriented languages (Java Scala etc.).

Solid grasp of algorithms data structures and software design patterns.

Hands-on experience deploying applications in Kubernetes and working within AWS environments.

Familiarity with relational databases and RESTful API integration.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines Docker or Helm.

Previous success implementing platform transitions or rolling out new systems.
