Job Title: Maintenance Parts Clerk
Location: Norfolk NE
Shift/Work Schedule: Monday Friday 1st Shift 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: As per Exp.

Position Summary

We are looking for a reliable and organized Maintenance Parts Clerk to support our maintenance department by managing the inventory of parts supplies and tools. This individual will be responsible for maintaining accurate records placing orders and ensuring critical parts are available to minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive organize and manage maintenance parts and inventory

  • Maintain accurate stock levels through routine cycle counts

  • Issue parts to maintenance staff and track usage in inventory system

  • Ensure proper labeling storage and security of inventory items

  • Monitor supply levels and reorder parts and tools as needed

  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery

  • Maintain accurate records of parts transactions receipts and orders

  • Assist with invoice reconciliation and purchase order tracking

  • Support maintenance team by ensuring availability of critical equipment and materials

  • Follow all company safety quality GMP and inventory control procedures

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Previous experience in inventory warehouse or maintenance support preferred

  • Proficiency with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office (Excel Outlook)

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping abilities

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a production/warehouse environment

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with minimal supervision

  • Forklift experience or certification a plus
