Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Safety Supervisor to support a large-scale data center construction project in the Goodyear AZ / Phoenix Metro area. This role requires a safety professional with a solid background in construction safety strong communication skills and the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced high-profile environment.
The Safety Supervisor will be responsible for enforcing site-specific safety protocols engaging directly with field personnel and leadership and promoting a culture of safety through proactive oversight and communication.
Responsibilities:-
Support day-to-day safety operations on-site for a major data center construction project

Ensure compliance with all company client and OSHA safety regulations and procedures

Conduct site safety inspections audits and risk assessments

Lead incident investigations and assist in corrective action implementation

Collaborate with field leadership to reinforce safety expectations and influence safe behavior

Monitor and mentor subcontractors and union trades on safety protocols

Maintain accurate and timely safety documentation and reports

Provide training and toolbox talks as needed

High school diploma or equivalent required

3 years of construction safety experience (data center or mission-critical preferred)

OSHA 30 Construction certification required

Experience working with union labor strongly preferred

Ability to work independently and influence safety culture on site

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Excel Word etc.)
