Job Description
Job Title: Sr. Associate-Workday Extend Developer
Project Location Remote (but must be in the NYC/NJ region and be able to come into the office one day a month or so)
Project Duration- 6-12 month contract may extend
Must have Valid LinkedIn profile.
Must have excellent comms.
Interview for in person location- Midtwon NYC
2 rounds of interviews phone screen then in person.
Candidates must also be local to the area
Interview process: 2 rounds (1st is virtual 2nd is onsite) **MUST BE OPEN TO GOING ON SITE FOR INTERVIEW PROCESS.
Job Description-:
Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Associate specializing in Workday Extend and proprietary applications. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in developing and managing Workday Extend applications and will play a key role in enhancing our Workday environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design develop and maintain proprietary applications using Workday Extend.
- Collaborate with HR IT and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into
technical solutions.
- Ensure the security scalability and performance of Workday Extend applications.
- Provide technical expertise and support for Workday Extend-related projects and initiatives.
- Conduct regular code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday Extend applications.
- Stay updated with the latest Workday Extend features and industry trends.
Participate in the planning and execution of Workday upgrades and enhancements.
Candidate Profile
Experience:
- 4 years of experience with Workday Extend application development and deployment
- 4 years of experience with Workday Studio Workday Cloud Platform SDK and Workday APIs
- Working knowledge of both Workday HCM and Financial data models and business processes
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Financial services is a plus but not required - strong technical and communication skills
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
