Position Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Automation Lead to contribute to a high-impact financial transformation initiative for one of our esteemed clients operating in the lending and equipment leasing space. The role involves designing and executing robust automation suites that validate enterprise-level finance workflows built around Oracle ERP systems and third-party integrations.

This position offers a unique opportunity to apply automation engineering skills in a domain that includes loan origination customer onboarding EMI processing asset financing and leasing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

You will play a key role in automating business processes that span complex financial and operational workflows. From validating customer application journeys to verifying backend financial reconciliations your test coverage will help ensure end-to-end reliability and accuracy across integrated platforms.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and implementing Selenium-based automated test scripts using BDD frameworks such as Cucumber to validate core lending and leasing functionalities.
• Automating workflows related to credit assessments EMI schedules lease configurations and financial disbursements.
• Building reusable automation components for Oracle Financials modules including AR AP GL FA and SLA as well as for integrations with dealer systems credit bureaus and e-signature tools.
• Leveraging GitHub Copilot and version control systems for collaborative script development.
• Ensuring automation pipelines are fully integrated into CI/CD frameworks (Jenkins GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps) enabling continuous validation across builds.
• Performing root cause analysis for test failures and ensuring proper defect documentation.
• Participating in Agile sprints refining stories from a QA perspective and contributing to test estimations and retrospectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10-12 years of experience in test automation primarily using Selenium WebDriver Java/C# and BDD frameworks (Cucumber) Good to have Playwright Skills
• Familiar with project and test management tools JIRA ADO etc
• Automation framework development
• MUST have managed a team of at least 5-10 resources onsite / offshore delivery mode
• MUST have played the role of onsite lead direct coordination with the client and project delivery
• Strong understanding of financial services workflows particularly in loan management customer onboarding and leasing.
• Practical experience automating validations for Oracle ERP modules used in financial processing and accounting.
• Hands-on experience with Git CI/CD pipelines and Agile-based delivery.
• Strong communication and debugging skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Oracle Lease and Finance Management (OLFM) or Oracle Loans modules.
• Exposure to data migration and ETL testing including data integrity verification of migrated financial records and agreements.
• Understanding of amortization interest accrual pre-payments and other financial computations.
• ISTQB or equivalent automation certification.
• Experience with performance testing tools or script stability benchmarking.
