Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Sales Manager with deep experience in the Generic Pharma Division strong channel knowledge and a successful history of managing high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of sales experience especially in stockist and retail models and should have extensive exposure across Southern Indian states.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive business development and sales growth in the generic division through strategic channel partnerships

  • Manage and expand the distribution network including stockists retailers and channel partners

  • Lead and develop a large sales team ensuring performance against PCPM and revenue targets

  • Achieve and maintain a PCPM of 15 20 lakhs

  • Handle product promotion pricing and placement strategies across assigned markets

  • Monitor competitor activity and identify market opportunities

  • Develop and execute region-specific marketing and sales strategies

  • Regularly review and report on team performance and territory performance metrics

  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including marketing logistics and regulatory teams

Required Experience & Expertise
  • 15 years of proven sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry specifically in the generic drug segment

  • Expertise in channel sales (stockist and retail model)

  • Strong exposure and deep understanding of the southern market Tamil Nadu Andhra Pradesh Telangana Karnataka and Kerala

  • Track record of high-performance sales with consistent achievements and revenue growth

  • Proficiency in team building leadership and territory management

  • Aspiration and readiness to scale operations across Half India Zone

  • Prior experience with one or more of Indias top 20 pharma companies is highly preferred
