Job Description
- Technical Expertise:
- Proficient in Java GCP GKE and MongoDB with experience building scalable high-volume applications and integrating with enterprise systems. Familiar with tools and practices such as GitLab CI/CD pipelines Terraform Maven Jenkins and web services (SOAP/REST).
- Independent Execution:
- Demonstrated ability to take high-level requirements and independently define user stories design solutions and implement features with minimal oversight. Comfortable owning the full development lifecycle from concept to deployment.
- Team Collaboration:
- Works well in a collaborative team environment actively participating in design discussions sharing knowledge and aligning with team goals while independently driving assigned workstreams.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication time management and organizational skills. Experience working with distributed teams and mentoring junior developers is a plus.
- Experience in Supply Chain Management domains such as logistics warehouse management inventory or purchasing is a strong plus especially with ERP integrations.
- Bachelors or Equivalent Work Experience.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts.
- Contribute to OP technical discussions peer reviews etc.
- Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
- Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
