Job Description
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Google Workspace (GWS) accounts permissions access control and application usage across the client environment.
- Partner with the UK-based Banking migration team to address GWS-related queries and provide technical solutions aligned with organizational needs.
- Collaborate with the Microsoft 365 (M365) migration team to ensure a smooth and secure transition from GWS to M365.
- Analyze and document the existing email infrastructure and GWS app utilization to inform migration planning and tool selection.
- Engage with end-users to understand usage patterns (internal external or hybrid) and provide tailored guidance during the migration process.
- Ensure all migration activities comply with Banking s security compliance and data governance policies.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to manage user communication training and migration-related notifications.
- Recommend appropriate migration tools methodologies and best practices to support an efficient and low-risk transition.
- Support the decommissioning of the legacy GWS environment after successful migration and data validation.
