CT Technologist Night Shift

Guaranteed Hours: Traveler may be called off for one 12-hour shift per two-week pay period
Local Restrictions: Must live 50 miles from facility (locals not accepted)

Summary:
We are seeking an experienced CT Technologist for a Level II Trauma Center to join a high-volume fast-paced radiology team. The technologist will support inpatient outpatient emergency and interventional radiology cases. The department performs 140 190 exams daily using GE and Philips scanners. Technologists must be skilled in contrast administration trauma imaging and advanced post-processing.
The ideal candidate has 2 years of CT experience in a trauma setting EPIC proficiency and current ARRT (R) & (CT) BLS and WA Radiologic Technologist license.
ResponsibilitiesPerform CT scans for a wide range of procedures including head chest spine abdomen/pelvis and vascular studies
Support trauma protocols stroke alerts and emergency cases as needed
Prepare and administer IV contrast per protocol
Follow department protocols for scanning and documentation
Collaborate with radiologists nurses and emergency teams
Maintain and clean imaging equipment; perform daily QA
Participate in on-call rotation and weekend coverage
Adhere to radiation safety infection control and isolation protocols
Must have experience in a Level II hospital setting supporting ER OP IR and IP
Must be proficient with Epic charting system
Must hold current certifications: ARRT (R) ARRT (CT) BLS and WA State License
Must be able to manage high volume caseload (140 190 exams daily)
No floating to other modalities required
Education:
Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
Experience:
2 years of recent CT experience including trauma and emergency imaging
Experience in a Level II Trauma Center required
License/Certifications:

WA State Radiologic Technologist License Required
