Job Description

L2 Network Engineer

Location: Chennai and Mumbai

Escalations resource capability

Resource needs to be Graduate and CCNP certified with at least 7 years of experience in networking field. Level 2 Wi-Fi/LAN issues. Wi-Fi Survey. Level 2 BAU issues in DC. Firewall flow checking. L2 Network Management for Iwan networks. Attend MIM Calls. Troubleshoot L2 issues in Network. Identify link issues like packet drops link flapping HSRP flapping. DR Drills. High level Change activities. Critical Common Vulnerabilities fix Prepare & verify TID & MCC for multiple changes. Licence Upgrade. CVE Patch upgrade IOS upgrade. SAT Process. Organise daily call for Incident & SRM tickets for continual improvements. Updating & Verifying Network diagrams Monitor & Maintain network infrastructure including SDWAN SCBRACK LAN WAN Firewall Load balancer Aruba wireless and data centre networks Globally. Monitor & Maintain Multi-Vendor Environment like Avaya Juniper Aruba switches. Monitor & Maintain on Cisco catalyst and Nexus switches Routers SDWAN devices. Training L1 Engineers
