Role Role & ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for promoting and selling products to retailers within a designated territory. You will build strong relationships with store owners ensuring product placement and maximizing sales opportunities. Main tasks include- Develop and maintain strong relationships with store owners.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Increase product visibility and market share.
- Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge.
- Effectively manage your daily route and schedule.
- Accurately report sales data and activity.
- Participate in company training and development programs.
- 1 years of experience in sales preferably in the consumer goods industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in local language.
- Experience with sales tracking software is a plus.
