Job Description
Responsibilities
- Process customer orders and ensure accuracy in order entry.
- Generate and manage appointment Orders ensuring timely and accurate Delivery Creation.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders and stocks allocation.
- Monitor Appointment tagging Sales Orders and follow up with Customer Service
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the O2D process and improve efficiency.
